1. How do I order?
    It's easy to order from the Greenleaf Global Support Center. If this is your first time purchasing, just follow these three easy steps: 1. Browse the catalog. 2. Add the items you want to your shopping cart. 3. Complete the checkout process. If you like, you are welcome at this point to enter your e-mail address and a password to set up an account as a registered customer. Then, the next time you shop with us, we will have your information already stored, and you will not need to input it again. Registered customers are able to checkout using purchase orders, track order status online and reorder products with one click. If you decide you do not want to register, check out as a guest and use your credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.
  2. How do I navigate the site?
    Your time is important to us at Greenleaf Corporation, and we have streamlined the product research and online ordering process with that in mind. All of our products and technical information are organized by topic in our main navigation bar at the top of every page. You will find extensive product information under each of the topics including dimensional specifications, application ranges, accessories and online video demonstrations of our products, if applicable.   3. How do I go directly to a specific product?
    For your convenience, both a product index and a search engine are provided on the site. Using either of these features will help you to find the product for which you are looking. You can also find a specific product by selecting the application from the main menu bar and browsing the pictorial index of products for that application.   4. How do I read a product chart?
    Every product on this site has a chart that consists of all of the individual items within that product's family and their associated specifications. The dots in the chart represent unique items that are available for purchase. Solid, or black, dots represent stocked standard items that are immediately available. Hollow dots represent items that are stocked standards or readily available in a short period of time. Clicking on a dot will bring up that particular item's detail page where you can review its specifications in detail and, if you so choose, add the item to your cart.   5. How do I pay?
    We accept credit card payments for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment. We also accept purchase orders. If you wish to use a purchase order, you must set up an account as a registered customer with the Greenleaf Global Support Center. Please visit our Sign In page. After registering, you will be able to see the purchase order option in the Payment Method drop-down box in the Shopping Cart. After submitting an order, first-time users of purchase orders will be contacted by a Greenleaf Customer Service representative prior to shipment to verify their purchasing account with Greenleaf Corporation. PAYPAL is not accepted.
  6. Is it safe to use my credit card?
    Every attempt has been made to make certain this site will be a safe, secure purchasing experience for you. We use Verisign 128 bit encryption for processing credit card orders. However, if you feel uncomfortable using your credit card online and do not wish to issue a purchase order, you may instead use a partial credit card number when checking out. To do this, you will first need to establish an account as a registered customer with Greenleaf's Global Support Center. Setting up an account is very quick and easy. Please visit our Sign In page. Once you have set up an account and are read to checkout, simply select purchase order in the Payment Method drop-down box on the Order Summary page and enter "CC#" and the last four digits of your credit card number as well as its expiration date. We will use this as a purchase order number (Example: CC#2265Exp05/2009). Once you have full submitted your order, you may phone in the rest of your credit card number to Customer Support or supply it to the Customer Service representative that contacts you by phone regarding payment for your order.
  7. What shipping methods are available?
    Greenleaf uses shipping services provided by UPS. The options available to you can be found in the Shipping Method section of the checkout process. If you set up an account as a registered customer with Greenleaf's Global Support Center, you can specify a default shipping address and method to be used with your orders. For special shipping instructions beyond the method of shipment, please include those instructions in the text box provided in the Shipping section of the checkout process. Our Customer Service representatives will fulfill those requirements or will contact you with alternative recommendations.
  8. How do I track my order?
    Registered customers can view the status of any order they have placed with Greenleaf Corporation by simply clicking the My Account link that is located at the top of every page. From here, you will find a link that will enable you to view all of your open orders with Greenleaf, even those you may have placed through traditional ordering methods, such as phone or fax. It is possible to modify any order that has not yet been shipped by contacting Greenleaf Customer Service by phone at 800-458-1850 in the US or 814-763-2915 outside of the US. Shipments using UPS and Fed-Ex provide direct tracking links into UPS and Fed-Ex tracking sites.
  9. Why should I set up an account with Greenleaf's Global Support Center?
    Registered users enjoy a number of conveniences not available to guest users of the site.
