Toolholders and Bars
Greenleaf's advanced tooling systems for grooving, profiling and cut-off are engineered to provide unsurpassed insert support to ensure the longest tool life and highest material-removal rates. Fully qualified, this system is designed to allow use of Greenleaf's advanced ceramic inserts or high-performance carbide inserts in the same toolholder. Toolholders for round 'V' bottom inserts offer two insert pocket configurations. Choose the milled-nest style to use solid or screw-on style inserts or the replaceable-nest style for ease of maintenance. All tools are precision-machined from alloy steel and heat-treated for durability and long life.
